  1. Thanks for trying JumbleSquares!  For all of you who would prefer
  2. quick load-and-go instructions rather than delving into the 
  3. documentation, here's all you have to do to enjoy JumbleSquares:
  4. 1.  Load the program by entering JSQ on the command line.
  5. 2.  Enter your name when asked.
  6. 3.  Select puzzle number 1.
  7. 4.  Select button "PROCEED TO PUZZLE!"
  8. 5.  To solve the puzzle:
  9.     Use the mouse to click on a definition at left of the screen.
  10.     When the text cursor appears in the answer box, enter a FIVE-
  11.     CHARACTER WORD.  The grid squares that correspond to that word
  12.     will turn red.  You may click on the red squares in the grid, 
  13.     and attempt to assign the correct letter to the square. 
  14.     Remember that the answers to the definitions are JUMBLED when 
  15.     they are placed on the grid....!
  16.     If you're stumped on a definition, enter a question mark in the
  17.     answer box and you'll get the word for free (sort of).
  18.     Puzzle is complete when all definitions have been answered
  19.     correctly AND all grid squares have been assigned a letter.
  20. 6.  Read the documentation for more detailed instructions.
